EE decided to refurbish 5 buildings on their call centre campus giving them the opportunity to implement a new dynamic way of working. This enabled them to move out of a 6th building making significant savings at the same time as improving the workspace for their 2000 staff.
We project managed all the staff moves which followed each of the 9 phases of refurbishment approximately 1 every 4 four weeks. Drawings and schedules were prepared showing where and when each team was to move, where all their storage was located and lockers identified to ensure a smooth seamless transition for everyone concerned.
