Your Move Project Manager will ensure complete project co-ordination and be your single point of contact. After initial consultations and surveys, we will provide a costed move programme, including scheduling and resources. Our Space planners will take care of all the planning in detail, whether you use your existing furniture or purchase new.
Our move planning process will:
- Introduce your move project manager
- Provide you with a detailed project plan
- Coordinate all communication with staff and other stakeholders
- Liaise with other contractors in the delivery of the project
- Manage all service delivery elements
- Ensure flexibility for implementation
- Fully review all IT, furniture and filing requirements
- Supervise and manage the physical move process
- Manage and provide support after your move.
